Introducing La Bottega Collective Sydney

La Bottega Collective Sydney

La Bottega Collective marks a defining moment in its global rollout with the official launch of the visionary platform in Sydney, alongside the unveiling of the new Australian showroom. As the fourth stop in a series of events to introduce the recently created La Bottega Collective, the Sydney launch reinforces the Group’s commitment to shaping the future of luxury hospitality across the globe.

Founded by CEO Tommaso Pacini and supported by private investment firm Three Hills and the Ruffini family’s holding company Ou(r) Group, led by CEO Pietro Ruffini, La Bottega Collective is a global, multidisciplinary group creating exclusive products and services for the luxury hospitality sector. Bringing together a portfolio of industry-leaders; La Bottega, Vanity Group, Palatino, Beltrami, White Privé and Colosseo, La Bottega Collective orchestrates every touchpoint of the luxury journey through a seamless integration of beauty, design, and experience.

The new Sydney showroom offers an immersive introduction to La Bottega Collective, designed as a destination for guests to experience firsthand the craftsmanship, innovation, and elevated offering that defines the Group. Showcasing the full portfolio across beauty essentials, textiles, and bespoke OS&E, the space reflects La Bottega Collective’s mission to be the most sophisticated and trusted partner to the hospitality industry.

The launch holds particular significance as a homecoming for Vanity Group Founder and CEO Paul Tsalikis, whose company was founded in Sydney over 15 years ago.

Paul Tsalikis, now also Executive Director of La Bottega Collective, said “Sydney is where the Vanity Group journey began, so to return home to celebrate this milestone, as La Bottega Collective, is incredibly meaningful. This moment represents not only how far we’ve come, but the power of bringing world-class brands together under one platform, establishing ourselves as true experience partners for the hospitality industry.”

Named after the Italian founding company, La Bottega, with over forty years of heritage as a leader in luxury beauty essentials, La Bottega Collective further strengthened its position in the beauty sector with the addition of Australian-born, Vanity Group, building out a first-class portfolio of owned and licensed brands.

Following this, further acquisitions in the design sector only strengthened La Bottega Collective’s position as a key partner for hotel interior designers and architects. This included Beltrami, a luxury Italian textile maison, found in exclusive hotels throughout the world (including COMO The Treasury Perth), spas and yachts, and White Privé, a brand dedicated to textiles across bath, table, and bedroom collections, alongside bespoke retail lines for the world’s most prestigious hotels (including Elysium Hotels, Hannah Street Hotel, Ardour Hotels) and fashion houses.

The Collective enhanced the full-service offering with the addition of Palatino, a pioneer in hospitality design and accessories for the luxury hospitality sector (found in hotels such as Four Seasons and The Ritz Carlton). Through its bespoke project division, Colosseo, the company has achieved global recognition for its innovative consultancy and design services, ensuring every touchpoint of the guest journey is thoughtfully considered and seamlessly executed through one visionary platform.

La Bottega Collective represents far more than a network of companies. With a 2024 consolidated turnover exceeding €200 million, a team of over 900 people operating from 20 head offices across five continents, and approximately 15,000 clients in 117 countries, it stands as a truly global force.

Following events across key global cities, the Sydney launch and showroom unveiling signals the next chapter in the Collective’s global journey, bringing the unique vision of curated, design-led guest experiences to Australia and the wider Asia-Pacific region.
