La Bottega Collective is proud to announce that it has been awarded a Silver Medal by leading global sustainability ratings provider, EcoVadis, less than one year after the platform was officially launched. This recognition marks a significant milestone for the Group, acknowledging the commitment to responsible and sustainable business practices and placing La Bottega Collective amongst the top 15% of companies evaluated worldwide.
The EcoVadis awards are based on a company’s performance in key areas including environmental responsibility, labour and human rights, ethics, and sustainable procurement. Bringing together a portfolio of industry-leaders; La Bottega, Vanity Group, Palatino, Beltrami, White Privé and Colosseo, La Bottega Collective established a unified ESG strategy, ensuring these pillars remained at the forefront of every product, service and guest experience.
The Silver Medal reflects La Bottega Collective’s dedication to sustainable luxury, recognising the strength of the group-wide ESG framework and the progress made in aligning each brand under this shared commitment. Through this framework, La Bottega Collective implemented a number of initiatives and best practices across the key EcoVadis pillars, contributing to the Silver medal recognition.
- Environmental Stewardship: La Bottega Collective completed a comprehensive Group Carbon Footprint assessment to understand and monitor greenhouse gas emissions and formally committed to the Science Based Targets initiative (SBTi), marking the next step towards setting scientifically validated emission reduction targets.
- Ethical Management and Governance: La Bottega Collective strengthened ESG governance through the completion of a Group Double Materiality Analysis, the definition of the 2025-2030 ESG Strategic Plan, formal adherence to the United Nations Global Compact (UNGC), and the preparation of the Group Sustainability Report utilising the European Sustainability Reporting Standards (ESRS).
- Shared Wellbeing: La Bottega Collective continued to build a more unified approach to social impact by aligning initiatives across the Group, creating a shared framework to support employee wellbeing, strengthen client partnerships and generate long-term value for local communities.
Marco Ferreti, Operations Manager at La Bottega Collective said “We’re incredibly proud to be awarded EcoVadis Silver in our first group-wide assessment. This achievement is a testament to the dedication of our collective teams all over the world, working to build and implement unified processes that redefine what sustainable luxury means. While this recognition celebrates remarkable progress, it also reinforces our commitment to ensuring sustainability remains embedded into everything we do.”
Tommaso Pacini, CEO of La Bottega Collective said: “Our Silver Medal achievement reflects the shared values that define La Bottega Collective; a belief that innovation, craftsmanship and sustainability go hand in hand. As we continue to grow, we remain committed to creating lasting value for our people and our partners, while driving meaningful, long-term impact across the global hospitality industry at large.”
